We are a family ran unit with 12 tunnels filling 50 Tonnes of compost per week employing Bulgarian/Romaniana/Latvian and Irish people

We are 5km from Cashel town where there are Tesco,Lidl,Aldi shops etc. Doctors,banks,dentists,pharmacies are also available.

Accomodation is in Cashel which is a busy tourist town. It is 45 euros per week for a room with its own bathroom.

Some heating is supplied but you must share the electric and water bill. Transport to work is by lift with other employees about 2 euro each way.

Work starts at 7am and we expect after 8 weeks you are able to pick 20kg/hr. There will be targets to be met on a weekly basis.

You will be paid 250 euros per week during this training time. You will be working 35 to 45 hours.

At the end of 8 weeks you will be given a contract if you have achieved expected performance targets.
If you become good picker you can earn more.
