Accommodation
Accomodation to date was organized by the staff and any new staff made arrangements through them. All staff lived in or around Cahir town. The farm is 3km from town and staff shared cars to keep costs down. In addition to that one person organized a space wagon charging staff €1 each per run. A few staff used bicycles also.

Probationary training of 26 weeks.
Rates of pay are piece rate for harvesters and hourly rates for other staff.
Rates were based on €8.65 per hour.
